Kai is a regenerative systems thinker and birth worker based in Tanga, Tanzania. Through land-based healing, food and seed systems, natural building and Womb Ecology, she explores regeneration as a relationship between body, ecology, culture and community.

Kai opens the Lab as a ritual threshold before returning participants to the body as their first site of
intelligence. Her birth simulation connects first breath, embodiment and planetary intelligence to the Lab’s
wider questions of extraction, stewardship and technological systems.
