Kambale is a Congolese strategist, technologist and political analyst, Founder of Aether Strategies and leader
of the Beyond AI Initiative. His work connects AI to the histories of colonial extraction, resource exploitation
and African resistance, asking how communities can own and govern the systems their minerals, labour, data
and knowledge make possible.
